PROBLEM

Nike Golf struggled to reach it’s younger audience with its “Nike Golf Club” which jeopardized its competitive advantage within the segment.

ACTION

During the British Open Championship when the world was watching we took over a pub located just feet away from the 18th green at St Andrews.

Nike Golf Club idea was revived at the pub with “One Nike Place” where consumers experienced the best of Nike Golf services from custom putter fittings to tournament watch parties and opportunities to meet athletes.

RESULT

“One Nike Place” generated mass appeal and engagement both in person and on social channels around the globe – it was the place to be!

The tournament watch parties and opportunities to meet athletes solidified Nike as the #1 most exciting brand to follow in golf.
